Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do! When you get to the checkout, simply select your destination country from the drop-down box. If you don’t see your country listed, please contact us via email or Instagram and we can easily add it. For all orders outside of Australia we charge a flat rate of $55AUD for express shipping. Please check your countries policy on any potential import taxes and fees, as these will not be covered by Wild Narrative.

How will I receive my print?

All of our prints are carefully rolled and placed into a mailing tube and then shipped express with either Australia Post or courier, to the address provided (please ensure the address is correct!).

How long will it take to receive my print?

Please allow 5-10 business days for all orders within Australia and 10-15 business days for all orders outside of Australia. Please note these timeframes are only an estimate and in rare situations, may take longer depending on the destination country as well as other circumstances outside of our control.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel any order once it has been processed and sent to our printing lab. If you have made a mistake or wish to cancel your purchase, please send an email as soon as possible to info@wildnarrative.com.au. If we receive and acknowledge your email before processing the order, we are happy to offer a full refund.
